Apply for a Build Up Grant

Introduction

Thank you for taking an interest in the Build Up Grant and support phase of the Business Builder programme.

The purpose of this webform is to enable you to register your interest in the programme and provide us with the information we need to verify your eligibility for this support. It enables you to request grant support towards specific planned expenditure and for us to start to understand how supporting you in that way may help your business develop and grow.

To start your application please provide your confirmation to the statements below:

I can confirm that I have read and do meet the eligibility criteria for the Build Up Grant on the Council website

I can confirm that my business operates principally from a business address or my home address in the Broadland District Council area

The business for which I’m applying for support is trading and has so far been trading for less than 24 months

I understand that any award of grant (if successful) may well be linked to training to add even greater value to the business

I understand that successful applicants will be expected to acknowledge the support and involvement of Business Builder and the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) in any communications regarding their growth plans, as well as on all relevant marketing or promotional materials. This includes use of Funded by UK Government logo.

I understand that progress on the project will be monitored by the Council’s Business Builder team throughout (and possibly beyond) the period of its delivery. The Council reserve the right to visit any grant recipient to ensure the grant has been used for the purpose stated in the Offer Email, inspect records to show that costs have been evidenced and make a formal assessment of the impact of the project. I acknowledge that grant recipients are obliged to cooperate with this process.
