Please only use this form to report a vehicle that you believe is abandoned.
Any vehicle that has not been abandoned for 21 days and is in good condition with a valid MOT or vehicle tax will not be considered as abandoned and will not be investigated.
An abandoned vehicle will usually:
Not be taxed
Not have an MOT
Not have been moved for 21 days or more
Be in a poor state of repair, for example: have flat tyres, rusted brakes, rainwater damage
Not have an owner living nearby
