South Norfolk Council takes your privacy very seriously and provides the following information in compliance with data protection legislation - this refers to the Data Protection Act 1998 as long as it is in force and thereafter the General Data Protection Regulation (EC) 2016/679 and any national implementing laws. South Norfolk Council, in determining the purpose and means of processing your personal data, are for these purposes what is known as the 'Data Controller'.
What we do with your data
We will pass the details submitted in your compliment onto the relevant member of staff. We will hold the personal data submitted on this form for 2 years from fulfilment, and delete thereafter.
